ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within approx. 2 - 3 business days after an order was placed.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping is done with either the JAPAN or the SWISS Post. 
International shipping is sent using EMS (Express Mail Service) except for small Goods that will be sent in an Envelope.

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for the arrival of the package.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are applied depending on the order value, please see the list below for a detailed overview. 
FREE Shipping for orders exceeding 250 USD.
JAPAN
- Shipping Fee > 6 $      (Order Value 0 - 14 $)
- Shipping Fee > 10 $     (Order Value 15 - 19 $)
- Shipping Fee > 15 $     (Order Value 20 - 149 $)
- Shipping Fee > 20 $     (Order Value 150 - 249 $)
- Shipping Fee > FREE   (Order Value 250 $ & above)

INTERNATIONAL

- Shipping Fee > 8 $      (Order Value 0 - 14 $)
- Shipping Fee > 12 $     (Order Value 15 - 19 $)
- Shipping Fee > 16 $     (Order Value 20 - 89 $)
- Shipping Fee > 20 $     (Order Value 90 - 149 $)
- Shipping Fee > 25 $     (Order Value 150 - 249 $)
- Shipping Fee > FREE    (Order Value 250 $ & above)

SHIPPING DETAILS

Please make sure that the shipping address is complete and correct. 
We cannot re-send the package at our expense if an incorrect address was entered and the package is returned to us.

TRACKING

If available, we will provide tracking details. 
(Some small goods may be sent in an envelope and tracking may not be available)

CUSTOMS DUTIES

On international shippings (normally outside Japan) countries may charge customs duties on your package.
This is out of our hands and we can't be held responsible for these extra charges that may apply.

LATE DELIVERY

We cannot be held liable for damage caused by late delivery by postal services, since this is out of our control.
Please contact us if the package has not been delivered within 10 - 15 business days.

RETURNS

Sales are final and can basically not be returned.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, cancelling of an order is in our discretion.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please contact us and we see what we can do.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If a product is defective or damaged at arrival and this is demonstrated to be our fault, we will, upon the product has been returned to us, refund the total payment as well as the shipping fee for returning the damaged product back to us.
Instead of refund, If requested, we can also replace the damaged product or, if not available, replace it with another product of the same value.

Please note that most of our goods are hand-painted, hand-made or hand-assembled and therefore can have minor differences and tiny flaws. Returns for such small defects cannot be accepted.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be done with a PayPal account or through PayPal using a credit card.
All Prices are in US Dollars.

CHECKOUT & REGISTERING

You can checkout as a guest or as a registered customer. As a registered customer you will be able to use your account with billing and shipping details for future purchases.
